Prepare before people start speaking
- Set the languages. Choose the speaker’s language as the input and your preferred language as the output.
- Start simultaneous interpretation. Choose the Meeting scenario if available and allow microphone access if prompted.
- Place the phone where speech is clear. Test with a short sentence. In a larger room, move closer to the speaker or the room’s audio.
Confirm important details
Cross-check names, dates, technical terms and action items against the original text. Follow the organizer’s rules for microphone use and saving meeting content. For a short two-way discussion, switch to Conversation mode.
